DESCRIPTION:Time: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM\n\nThis is a closed grief support grou
 p that offers a compassionate\, welcoming\, and confidential space for in
 dividuals navigating the many emotions and experiences of grief. In a sup
 portive environment\, members can share their stories\, honor their losse
 s\, and connect with others who understand the complexities of the grievi
 ng process without fear of judgment or pressure to move forward before th
 ey are ready.\n\nThrough gentle conversation\, shared experiences\, and c
 reative outlets such as art\, journaling\, music\, poetry\, and other exp
 ressive activities\, participants are invited to explore their feelings\,
  honor their loved ones\, and discover meaningful ways to express what wo
 rds alone cannot always capture.\n\nAs a closed group\, membership remain
 s consistent throughout the group experience\, allowing trust\, connectio
 n\, and a sense of safety to develop over time. Each person is encouraged
  to participate at their own pace\, with the freedom to share\, create\, 
 listen\, or simply be present.\n\nThere is no right or wrong way to griev
 e\, and no timeline for healing. This group is a space to feel supported\
 , embrace the uniqueness of each grief journey\, and find moments of conn
