This is a closed grief support group that offers a compassionate, welcoming, and confidential space for individuals navigating the many emotions and experiences of grief. In a supportive environment, members can share their stories, honor their losses, and connect with others who understand the complexities of the grieving process without fear of judgment or pressure to move forward before they are ready.

Through gentle conversation, shared experiences, and creative outlets such as art, journaling, music, poetry, and other expressive activities, participants are invited to explore their feelings, honor their loved ones, and discover meaningful ways to express what words alone cannot always capture.

As a closed group, membership remains consistent throughout the group experience, allowing trust, connection, and a sense of safety to develop over time. Each person is encouraged to participate at their own pace, with the freedom to share, create, listen, or simply be present.

There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and no timeline for healing. This group is a space to feel supported, embrace the uniqueness of each grief journey, and find moments of connection, meaning, and hope along the way.
